A unique offering by Koh-i-noor, the Progresso coloured pencils contain no outside wood body and, instead, the entire diameter is usable pigmented lead. Koh-I-Noor Progresso Woodless Colored Pencils have a thin outer coating in place of a wooden body. The colour application is generous, allowing the artist to create multiple layers and to mix colours.
The lead is injected with special oils so as to allow dense, lively strokes of colour to come off when applied to paper. The large 7.5 mm diameter lead tip means that you can produce a lot of colour with these and cover a lot of areas.
